How do I book a stay?

Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a refundable security deposit may apply. It is returned within a few days after checkout, pending inspection.
Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
Yes. Weekly and monthly stay discounts are available.

How do I access the property?
You will receive a unique door code and check-in instructions before your arrival. No key exchange required.

Are there security cameras on the property?
Yes — exterior cameras are installed for safety. There are no cameras indoors.

Do we have access to community amenities?
Yes, depending on the property and community. Some amenities may require a fee payable onsite.

Are parties or events allowed?
No. Parties, events, and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Community quiet hours are typically from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not permitted inside the homes. Outdoor smoking is allowed in designated areas only.
Cancellations & Refunds
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms are shown at booking and depend on the time of year and platform used. Direct bookings receive the most flexible options.
Do you offer trip insurance?
We recommend guests purchase travel insurance for peace of mind.
